libbellesip-dev software package provides SIP stack from the Linphone team (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbellesip-dev
libbellesip-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbellesip-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbellesip-dev *
You will get with libbellesip-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
